From Windsor /East via Highway 401:

Highway 401 ends and becomes Highway #3, turn left (south) on Howard Avenue, turn right (west on County Road #10, left (south) on County Road #20 and follow into Amherstburg

From Detroit via Ambassador Bridge ( 25 minutes):

When exiting the bridge, stay straight to take Huron Church Rd. (Highway #3) to E.C. Row Expressway West exit, Expressway becomes Ojibway Parkway (south) and then County Rd. #20. Follow this through the town of LaSalle and continue further south into Amherstburg.

From Detroit via the Tunnel (25 minutes):

When exiting the tunnel, turn right (east) on Park Street, left (north) on Goyeau St., left (west) on to Riverside Drive, stay on Riverside Drive. It will become Sandwich Street and then Ojibway Parkway South. When you come to E.C. Row Expressway, veer right to continue on Ojibway Parkway South, it will become County Road #20. Follow through the town of Lasalle along the waterfront and into Amherstburg.
